Notification of arrival (seagoing ship)
Used by the Port Authority to notify the Customs authorities, via APICS, when a seagoing ship bound for Antwerp actually moors at the berth.
This message is used to inform Customs electronically of the arrival of a seagoing ship in the port.
How does it work?
APICS sends a CUSREP message to Customs at the moment when a seagoing ship bound for Antwerp passes Flushing. When the ship enters the port and actually moors, an updated CUSREP message is sent.
